1. On the general power switch of the machine, check whether the equipment is leaking, preheat the cylinder according to the set process temperature requirements, when the cylinder temperature reaches the process temperature, the mould must be kept warm for more than 20 minutes to ensure uniform temperature of all parts of the cylinder.

      2. Open the cooling water valve of the oil cooler, cool the oil return and the water delivery pipe, and start the oil pump. If no abnormalities are found, the oil pump can be officially started. Only when the screen shows "horse open" can the oil cooler be operated and the safety door checked for proper function.

      3. Start the screw rotation manually to determine if the screw rotation sounds abnormal and stuck.

      4. Operators must use the safety door, such as the safety door when the travel switch cannot be opened, and must not use the safety door (cover) for operation.

      5. Operate equipment electrical, various covers for hydraulic and rotating parts, protective covers, lids, fixed.

      6. No one other than the operator on duty shall press buttons and handles without permission, and no two or more persons shall operate the same injection moulding machine at the same time.

      7. The mould should be stable, accurate and reliable when it is placed. Any abnormality found should be stopped immediately to notify the relevant personnel for troubleshooting.

      8. When the machine is repaired or the mould is cleaned for a long time (more than 10 minutes), make sure to return the injection seat so that the nozzle leaves the mould and turn off the motor. The operator is not allowed to leave his post when the maintenance staff is repairing the machine.

      9. No one may start the motor while handling the machine or mould.

      10. The power must be cut off when the machine enters the machine or when the mould is opened.

      11. When opening the mould, avoid hitting the fixing die with the injection base to prevent it from falling off.

      12. Each air injection should normally take no more than 5 seconds. When not moving twice in a row, notify adjacent personnel to avoid dangerous areas. When cleaning the rubber tip of the nozzle, do not clean it directly by hand. Use iron pliers or other tools to avoid burns.

      13. The melting cylinder works at high temperature, pressure and power. To prevent burns, electric shock and fire, stepping, climbing and resting objects on the barrel are strictly prohibited.

  14. Metal rods and rough bucket hoppers should not be used when the hopper is not unloading to avoid damage to the internal sieve of the hopper, shroud and magnet frame.

      15. When abnormal noise, odour, sparks, oil leaks and other equipment abnormalities are found during the operation of the machine tool, it should be stopped immediately and reported to the relevant personnel immediately, stating the fault phenomenon and the possible causes.

      16. Pay attention to safe operation, do not allow any reason or excuse to do so, so as not to cause personal injury or equipment damage.
